The Hotel Askania

The hotel was completely renovated in 2012 and all rooms were equipped with new furniture. All rooms include a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the complete building our guests are able to use our W-lan and parking spaces – around the hotel Askania – for free. A wonderful terrace which is located in front of the hotel invites you to stay (enjoy) in the summer mounts.

The wide choice of our breakfast will be served in our beautiful breakfast hall every morning.

A big room furnished with a homely fireplace is available for events and workshops; it is equipped with a beamer and a screen.

In the heart of Braunlage

Braunlage is a climatic spa as well as a winter sports resort in the heart of the Harz Mountains. The wonderful climatic spa is located in the south of the Brocken and it is surrounded by the Harz National Park in a geographical indication of 550 metres above NHN.

Braunlage awaits you with regeneration as well as action and sport. About 100 km long hiking trails can be explored by foot or by bike. Explore the variety of the Harz Mountain landscapes!

Our offer for Event

Depending on the weather, we will organize your event on our beautiful outdoor terrace or in our cozy dining room with a fireplace. For groups of 10 people or more, we will put together a dinner according to your wishes.
